Summer Learning Challenge

Why I would not like to be in a Family of 7 - 9
    • First of all 2 brothers are enough.
    • It would be so loud all the time.
    • If I have 9 brothers and Sisters they would follow each other around all the time.
    • I just really would not like to have 7 - 9 brothers and sisters for those reasons.

Survivor Reflection Term 4

This week we started doing our Survivor activity's. My groups first activity was to imagine that one person had a broken arm, with that person we had to make a sling out of old cloths or towels. We also had to make a tent, we did this easy. Finally we had to make a stretcher to carry a person in our team.

Shantytown Reflection T4W7

Shantytown

This week on Thursday my class and the Mamaku 1's year 6's went to shantytown. First of all went when we got there we met the two teaches the lead us up to the old school, that is were we put on the old fashion clothes, we dressed up like people would in 1866.

After that we went into the old church. Then we split up into Boys and Girls the boys went to the watch a short movie and the girls had morning tea, then we swapped around.

After morning tea we went on the steam train. We had fake gold and then we we got of the train we got fake robbed. We had to hand over the fake gold and the teacher had to give him her watch. We then split up to try and find the robber and then tell the inspector. We found him and put him in the jail.

After that we did a court case I was the defendant lawyer. Going to Shantytown was fun if you can I thin that you should go to Shantytown.
