Numeracy Reflection T2W4

Bonus Reflection

This week for the bonus reflection I did the typing test because Kiwi Kids Test did not work. I think that my typing is good. When my finger has healed I think that my accuracy will be better.

Literacy Reflection T2W3

This week for literacy for writing I have been doing Rugby Profiles. Me and my friends Callum, Oliver, and Franklin made a mistake and did it together it was meant to be a individual task.   We Also read a book call Harakeke we had to write the main ideas from the story. I found this easy.  I also did a book advertisement. I found this easy. The WALT was to persuade others to read this book.

40BC Reflection

Title: Ratburger

Ratburger is a book about a girl named Zoe. Her real mum died when Zoe was little.  Her step mums name is Sheila. All she does is sit around watching TV and eating crisps.  A man named Burt makes burgers out of rats and Zoe thought that he would make her little pet rat into a burger. Zoe sore a cages of rats and her and her dad let them all go.

This book is really cool. I like it because there are different characters. They had at track and field competition it was a draw. At the end Marcus likes Track and Field but his dad says he was born for swimming.  I recommend that you read this book it is awesome.

I really like this book because it is about a boy who likes football, he gets into the final and scores the winning goal. It says stuff about how it is good to be different. So he makes friends with a girl that he likes named Lisa, she is 2 grades older than Dennis. I recommend this book it is really cool.

This book is my favorite book by David Walliams. This book is about a boy named Tom, he gets hit in the head by a cricket ball, he has to go to hospital. He meats people in the hospital and they have some pretty cool adventures. I recommend that you read this book, it is awesome.

Welcome Back

Welcome back to term 2, I hope everyone had a great first week back. This week I was lucky enough to find out that I was in the Rippa Rugby Team. I have learnt alot already this week and we are doing some different things. We have started doing power writing.

This week for literacy we have been working on something called plastic fantastic, it is a journal book.  We made a goggle doc and wrote some facts about plastic that we learnt from the book.  I found this easy.

This book is about a man named Mr Stink, there is a girl name Chloe who lets Mr Stink in there green house, when there mum finds out who is running for mayor, so when she finds out that Mr Stink was living in there green house she says that she knew that so then she thinks that is a homeless in lives with then she will get selected for mayor.
